How to Cook :
Chakhao/black Rice (Variety - Poireiton) - One cup Water - two cups
Method:- Soak one cup of rice for 30 mins and drain Heat 2 cups of water in a sauce pan and bring to boil. Add the soaked rice and cook unti alll the water is absorbed and then lower the heat and cook till the rice is softened. Serve plain or sprinkle some sugar and shredded coconut.
