Dried maize (corn) is stone ground to prepare H2H Maize flour. The source of H2H maize flour is Bhagirathi valley of Uttarakhand.
Corn is as healthy as any cereal grain; rich in fiber and many vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, corn also contains protein and fat.
Stone ground Maize flour is better than milled flour as stone grinding process helps preserve the nutritional quantities of corn.
H2H Maize flour is generally used to prepare rotis - famously known as "makke ki roti".
